Robin's Readings and Reflections

I have often shared Plato’s concern that the written word can function as a substitute for dialogue. Early on in my career I found that although you can ask books questions, they seldom answer back. If Plato had lived long enough to experience the internet, however, I think he would be pleased at its potential to facilitate discussion. The purpose of this blog is just that - to promote stimulating dialogue on the things I have been reading and thinking about.
